I work at the office all the time because it is relaxing and comfortable and being able to chat with colleagues is great because I like my colleagues, so I can tell you that people and the office environment is very friendly and not depressing
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am 42 years old and I consider myself as an experienced professional. I have worked in US based and EU based companies during my career. I can tell you with confidence that Elastic is the most transparent company I have ever seen and heart. I love that
What makes you most happy at work?
Unfortunately, the market I am responsible for is very challenging, but every day I go to the office I am very motivated. I am motivated by my trust in my company and our products and the opportunity to do much more than expected makes me motivated and happy.
