What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am new so it was very inspiring to see the SLT take part in the onboarding (X-School). Everything that they all had to say had such a great, hopeful, motivational impact on me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Elastic has one of the best cultures I have seen at a company. I am fairly new but X-School left a great impression. Hearing people stress how they want you to "come as you are" instead of feeling like you have to put on a different face as many of us have done at previous companies.
