What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team motivates the team in a positive manner whilst driving the company towards its goals and in doing so, also keeping each individual in mind in order for the work/life balance to be maintained.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team and everyone I've met at Elastic is absolutely fantastic! They are all very welcoming, understanding and everyone is here to help not only each other, but help the company grow! Such a great vibe at Elastic!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the SIDD days. This is one of the reasons I signed with Elastic as this makes such a huge difference to my work/life balance as well as productivity. After a SIDD weekend, i'm refreshed to tackle the next week.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Come as your are - this is really true! We are all individuals, yet we all get along and support each other! I love how there hasn't been any form of discrimination, because of the respect we all have for each other.
