What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are good about communicating company goals and making sure everyone is aligned
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Honestly the amount of days we have for PTO/shut it down days/floating holidays. I love that Elastic pushes work/life balance
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How welcome everyone is, also how we are encouraged to take time off when needed, and that they encourage us to "be home for dinner"
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is super helpful, kind, funny, and hard working. One of my favorite parts of working at Elastic is getting to talk to my team each day! My manager is also the best
What makes you most happy at work?
I love getting to push myself outside of my comfort zone, I love learning all the new things about Elastic, engaging with my team, and talking to customers about how Elastic can solve their problems!
