Onboarding process has been impressive both in my direct training with my team and overall onboarding to the company itself. I think X-School is very productive/innovated/interactive. Also it seems there are a lot of resources to be able to do your job well.

My salary and also that the company pays for me+family insurance on top of company provided HSA funds is wonderful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's not just words on paper, I can tell the company actually lives out the source code and other values. People seem very relatable and genuine here, I feel welcomed and accepted as I am.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that each day is different, no two days are the same. I love working with my team. I am very happy working from home, it's an environment that makes me at peace and most productive.
