What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation is not what made me decide to join. The vision and the challenges are. Though, the compensation package overall is good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's like a big family, everyone (from top to bottom) cares, which is important. Everyone accepts that everyone else has a different agenda and is patient enough to wait for answers without any negative pressure.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is kind and helpful. There's no competition among coworkers. You can ask any question and someone will answer, no one will tell you it's a dumb question or it's been answered ten times already. That creates a very positive and engaging work environment.
