Pays well I like my manager and some of my team mates It would be great to see favouritism stamped out. It is a very cliquey company. Often its about who shouts the loudest who gets the praise and not the person doing the work in the background. Top Leadership need to do better, specifically HR

Base salary is good but benefits need work

Too many managers. Don't understand how anyone is a people manager with 2 or less reports. Tackle favouritism
