openness of conversation, no hierarchy, diversity is valued
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they always show up, they take the time to attend meetings and discuss changes
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
"come as you are". I've never experienced a company culture where differences are so welcomed and encouraged.
What are some of the best things about your team?
humble and talented people, openness to discussion. conflict is at the minimum thanks to this but even if there is disagreement the way we handle that is incredibly mature and collaborative
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the responsibilities of my role match a different seniority level. in addition, the pay rate at which I was hired was the lowest of the bracket and it doesn't match the expectations of the role.
