I've learned so much being in this role. I have great co workers and everyone in leadership is a good communicator. I am the only woman on my team and the youngest, and I can sometimes feel a little on the outside but I overall feel very supported and happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like everyone is super friendly and generally easy to talk to.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like having the WFH setup money (that I still need to use) and the Headspace sessions are awesome!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like everything they say is relevant to me. All-hands are fun and interesting and if I have a question there's no dancing around it.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel fulfilled about the work I'm doing. At my previous job, I wasn't doing/ learning things I want. The work I'm doing at Elastic is engaging and interesting and I love doing it!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has created such a good environment for me to learn and ask questions. I'm in the beginning of my career and I've been here 4 months and I've already learned so much. It's very welcoming and easy going environment.
