They are all so willing to share knowledge, experience and advice, and it's clear they all really know their stuff.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the quarterly equity payouts, and I like the health and dental benefits, as well as the family planning/fertility benefits!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very open and transparent, and you can tell they really take the Source Code to heart and want everyone to embrace it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the fact that everyone is open, willing to share and teach, and people are willing to learn are so important and makes joining the team/company much easier.
