My experience at Elastic is overall excellent. I am proud to belong to the organization and enjoy most of my working hours. There is room for improvement in the executive side of things (at least in the marketing/website team), but that's also why i was hired, to help build and improve this process!

Salary is good. I really appreciate flexibility in my working hours and remote working, this changes everything
