My experience so far has been amazing. From the first moment I felt part of Elastic and my team. There was guidance for everything I needed and the onboarding was very smooth. The base salary is very meritorious and also the RSU package is a great bonus.

What are some of the best things about your team?
In my team, everyone is really supportive of each other. There is understanding, cooperation and an excellent atmosphere between us that pushes you to perform to the maximum of your potential.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like the level of communication there is at Elastic. The fact that we get to meet members of SLT even during the X-school days was something really surprising in a good way! Also the monthly CAH is really informative!
