The care they take for me to be included in the team, and also how they motivate me to go above and beyond on the quality of my work.
What makes you most happy at work?
The possibility for growth. I want to become a Motion Graphics Creative Director, and I feel my current position gives me the opportunity to learn, the projects I'm being assigned to allow me to work on my skills and develop the necessary foundations to direct future projects
