Clean house again in the marketing department; get a executive leader who understands how a marketing team should be run; get one who leads by example and isn't afraid to hold others accountable despite their own personal aspirations. DO SOMETHING TO FIX THIS
Executive leadership is not accountable and they don't do anything to hold their leaders accountable. Instead, they enable extremely,y poor, abusive behaviors which fly in the face of what they claim to be. How can they claim to care for mothers and children when they treat women employees so poorly
Teach leaders how to pay attention and show interest in the candidates they hire. Teach them how to stop multitasking in front of candidates while they interview them. Teach them not to profile candidates before they hire them and stop making excuses about hiring people who don't look like them.
