What did you like most about the interview process?It was odd times with COVID. I appreciated working out the technical part before the interviews
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Sharing vision. Connecting with departments outside of the facilities.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?There’s a lack of understanding the effort it takes to accomplish the things being asked of us. Resources are stretched very thin. Lots of competing priorities and lack of accountability. The vision isn’t clear, the CEO is not personable. He does have some good people under him.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?People need to be held accountable. Senior leaders need to walk the talk and just be real.
