Listening and learning from their employees. It's all fine and good to have your head in the clouds, but when it comes to the day-to-day, maybe listen to the people actually doing it.

  • I don't recommend working here if you are mid-level. For entry level, this is a good place to get some experience and then move on.

  • For a fullstack job, you need to be able to demonstrate fullstack skills, all the way from the DB layer to the frontend. Being more skilled in one area than another is fine, but the ability to perform across the entire stack is required. REST conventions are emphasized for building out APIs in the interview. Other than that, the ability to communicate ideas effectively is the most important thing.
