OhioHealth Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It is reasonable and valuable.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Everything they are great, good, like it

annual bonus offered based on percentage of salary

So many options for many different services

403b and vacation time but there needs to be more funds to choose from.

Insurance , Pay ,associates are good to work with

That I don't need to use it very much.

We even have Life lock to protect our identity.

Review from Customer Support Dept

All benefits available. Even the entire family benefits form the package.

Review from IT Dept

The improved benefits options this year for healthcare

Review from Operations Dept

Paid holidays, and great benifits,There is a million things I could say good about my job

Review from Customer Support Dept

Shift differentials and raises are always nice

Diversity of Benefits and comprehensive package of options

Review from Operations Dept

The Annual bonus package for management

Review from IT Dept

It meets my family's needs.

Good insurance for employees here

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Doing the job of 3 people, threatened if you get overtime, no pay to compensate additional responsibilities and STRESS

pay market rates, several people have left for higher pay

Review from IT Dept

Every one wants better paid. I am more interested in getting backup staff. Medic's. techs, transporters, LPN's etc. These "Cheap" staff provide a lot of needed support to the nurses. It would lighten my work load as a nurse each shift.

Dropped matching to 401 and raised health care benefits

Review from Customer Success Dept

Being paid what i am worth. I have been here for 15 years, in leadership for 14 and i am barely over the mid point of my salary grade.

More nurses. More techs, give us back our EKG techs, phlebotomists, etc. things security used to help us with are now the nurses responsibility. They are putting so much on the RN and so little on everyone else. This is making the nurses quit

While I understand OhioHealth strives to employ highly educated individuals, sometimes they need to look at the associates who are actually doing the work and compensate them for the work they do even if they don't have a degree.

Better coverage of health benefits would be good. Even if they provided a steep discount to providers in their system only that would help. We deal with people at their sickest. Help us when we fall ill from doing that.

Review from Operations Dept

As a manager I feel I am under compensated and expected to wear multiple hats and increase patient satisfaction and reduce cost with limited budget- unrealistic expectations

Review from Customer Support Dept

I personally know ppl in the same position at other healthcare systems in central ohio that make more even after the "raises" to get us to market value.

Review from Operations Dept

To work in the health Industry our medical plan is outrageous. I feel that as a medical professional, I should have some discounted rate.
