What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Just being a larger part of the team. They don't contribute enough.

Proviiding a supportive and safe environment for employees over the age of 40. Stop the harrassment, unclear communication, comploance to the dress guidlines they have implimented for nursing staff, personal smoke breaks, bullying, staff splitting, and a more professional example of OH core values

Listen to issues and deal with problems

HR needs to weed out employees who have been lazy and problems for years. Each teams needs more staff. Even techs, or ancillary "cheap staff" can be a huge help with full floors. OH is making hand over fist money, spend it on more staff, not million dollar executives.

Everything, they're very weak, no support to staff. They are "yes" puppets for upper management

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Doing the job of 3 people, threatened if you get overtime, no pay to compensate additional responsibilities and STRESS

pay market rates, several people have left for higher pay

Review from IT Dept

Every one wants better paid. I am more interested in getting backup staff. Medic's. techs, transporters, LPN's etc. These "Cheap" staff provide a lot of needed support to the nurses. It would lighten my work load as a nurse each shift.

Dropped matching to 401 and raised health care benefits

Review from Customer Success Dept

Being paid what i am worth. I have been here for 15 years, in leadership for 14 and i am barely over the mid point of my salary grade.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Allowing the manager to hold associates accountable and to provide support to manager. It would also be nice to be compensated for the job/expectations

Review from Customer Support Dept

Review from Customer Success Dept

communicate direction and path to get there, where is my role in supporting the direction

over worked core staff, no ancillary staff, too few doctors, too many travelers making lots of money (not that this is the traveler's faults). poor communication between floors and too much animosity.

Once again compensate and management support!
