  • This facility needs and entire management change-out. The production crew is the epitome of 20% pulling the other 80% along in the cart.

  • The culture at this facility is terrible. The inmates truly do run the asylum here. Operators only do the jobs they feel like.

  • They'll spend $100,000 on creating a problem, solving it, then never using the education. This form of spending is preferred over preventive maintenence. They use reactive maintenance and prefer to tape and innovate than replace and save time.

  • Primarily the internship is open only to college students in their last year of school so not much of a program for just plain internship

  • 45-50 hours and the vibe is good compared to other places

  • Distressed. Currently being forced to work weekends without asking for volunteers first. Avg weekly hours for myself is 52 Monday thru Friday and 16 more on Saturday and Sunday.

  • Great I've gotten every job I've ever got an interview for. I'm an over qualified mechanic. 10 years factory experience before 3M degree and Pryor supervisor experience but can't get an interview for most jobs. With the simple response of you don't meet the matrix requirement. Then no one will tell you what those requirements are.

  • Not good they are not going by policy

  • Leadership in general is sad lots of people got to where they are on the buddy system. The plant could use a purge on allot of levels. We have many employees who I think would try and move up but have no faith in there leadership so don't want to be involved in a mess of working for someone who has no clue what there departments even do. Not someone anyone in there right mind would want to be second to.

  • They are to internally focused on managing reps rather than helping serve our customers needs.

  • Once upon a time 3M had great sales leadership. They have switched to a model of young less experienced managers that don’t have strong focus on the customers. They focus on internal compliance of reps versus driving high quality customer engagement.

  • Average pay with minimal upside.

  • They certainly pay you around what they say they are going to pay. Rarely more and often just a little less. Often change the sales plan mid year. Also don’t give reps an accurate view of sales territory. Reps did not have access to the sales numbers by territory for the entire year, yet management did.

  • Like most other plants very self-explanatory. I never did understand why they force people to use all their vacation at the end of the year instead of just paying them for. It's a poor decision and just kills production at the end of the year. They should give employees the option to buy a week out of each paycheck throughout the year and if you don't use all your vacation just pay you for it at the end of the year to balance the books.

  • Depending on the years it is 1 week or 2 weeks or more.
