Team Leader should now gossip during meetings or huddles. She keeps on saying 'positive mindset' but she is the one starting the day negatively.
they just gossip during meetings. our TL talks about people and mock them. you can't fight back to her when you feel offended coz she will revenge through CCF
Better cooperation and just a little bit more team buildings

Our Team Lead should change how she approaches her members. And TL should not show her cleavage during meetings on skype.
