Communication is always key. Everyone demands something different but never tell you what they want/expect

very personal, so you were able to explain yourself if your answers were a bit controversal

They Honestly do want everyone to succeed, so there are a lot of resources that they provide for free
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not much, but I do learn quite a bit in the professional world that I wouldnt have with my previous jobs
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
yes I feel undervalued, and If They would allow me to take on other task than the ones I just fell into and now cant get out of
