What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is uncommonly transparent in goal setting, progress towards goals, and challenges and opportunities we face as a company. Additionally, they walk the walk when it comes to building and maintaining a thriving company culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like I'm part of a winning team, that I'm directly contributing to the success of our company and team, that I'm respected and appreciated for my work, and that leadership cares about me, my health, and my career.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a "yes culture" from top to bottom and across the entire organization. There's literally nobody I'd hesitate to reach out to for help, input, or advice because the answer is always a yes - and comes with a smile.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have an acronym for our company culture - FAMILY (fun, accountability, mindfulness, integrity, love, and yes) - and it pervades who we are and how we operate. I truly feel like I'm part of a family, and everyone here continually exhibits the traits in our culture.
