I have never, in my professional career, made a stop this amazing. I was brought in with no tech skills to run an office and now run multiple divisions. When my father got sick, they asked me to fly home and not to worry about opening my computer until I was ready. Best stop ever.

Being given the reigns on my own success. I literally get to decide how successful I am.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything from fertility benefits, to a flexible stipend for everything from a gym membership to dog walking. We are fairly paid, we work hard and we play hard.....also, equity. Lots of it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a diverse bunch of likeminded individuals. We all work hard and play hard and we understand unless we are representative of the community we can't represent the community and unless we do, we wont succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team operates on a level playing field. There are no closed offices. My desk is feet away from our CEO and there are no wall. They truly listen and include every person on the team.
