It's tough to be brief. What I can say succinctly is that I have felt respected and trusted by my coworkers and feel the same way about them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
What differentiates this team from others I have worked with in the past is that we do not have 'problem' people. There is literally no net-negative team member.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is outcome oriented and the outcomes targeted are not just things like an exit or revenue growth but a good experience alongside revenue growth and a great exit!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The almost unanimous buy-in to the culture. I don't know of anyone who is here "despite" the culture. Rather, everyone is here because of the culture and values it highly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The equity/option grants are by far the best part. I joined early and the growth in the value of my option grant is significant. I can tell others feel this way as well and it creates alignment across the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
At a high level, what makes me happiest at work is the people and the growth. The people are great and I can learn from them. The growth is not just at the top line, but i have real opportunities for professional growth as well.
