Transparency in how salaries are paid out by market research and why the company thinks this is a fair pay.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I believe the company culture is not reflected into my team culture. Exec team needs to take feedback seriously from employees and run investigations for leaders in position of authority are being called out often to mitigate toxicity.
