It's a very competitive total package - fair market rate pay (that is evaluated by an outside company), GREAT health benefits, and stock options to make you invested in your contributions to the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really can't say enough about the collaboration between teams. While the majority of the workforce is remote at this point, it still feels like you always have someone to bounce ideas and questions off of.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's exciting to go to work each day for a company that is growing and succeeding. It feels like we are empowered to contribute to the company and our teams, with our opinions heard and acted on.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the level of team collaboration. There is no "Us vs them" on any of the teams, and everyone is keen to step in and help out where they can. Despite the company's growth and constant new faces, it always feels like one cohesive team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is one of the most transparent I've encountered. Whether it's reporting on DEI + Belonging, fiscal goals, or the V2MOM goal framework, you know what they expect of you, themselves, the culture, and the company. We have every tool needed to succeed, and they invest in the team.
