Unlimited PTO, solid pay, attainable quotas, mandatory all-company days off, really fun swag and perks. **We could do better with parental benefits and time off.**
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are growing like crazy and we are a bunch of winners but somehow everyone is humble still. No egos. Coworkers are approachable and always willing to lend a hand or an ear.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are growing fast but it feels deliberate and measured. I really respect the choices our exec team has made in our acquisitions and investment opportunities. We have a LOT OF FUN and celebrate our successes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are transparent, live by our values, make work fun, and are always willing to listen. Despite our growth we don't have a hierarchal culture; I feel just as comfortable having a conversation with an exec as I do a peer. I truly feel like they care about me and are never complacent.
