I took a leap of faith >2.5 years ago coming to 6s. Leaving the Marketing Ops space where I was making a name for in, to come and start a completely new career path in CS. I talked to many people, and because of their advice and support I made the best move I ever could have imagined making.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That our entire company culture is routed around F.A.M.I.L.Y (Fun, Accountability, Mindfullness, Integrity, Love & Yes, and..)
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a family!!!!! We all care so much about each other and always support one another when needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our time off package has to be the best there is. Our team truly believes in staying healthy and working hard but playing just as hard!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are truly invested in us as people, not just employees. They are mindful of work life balance and growing our professional careers down the paths that are important to us.
