It's probably been the best thing I've ever done. I've made many close lifelong friends here across multiple departments and the career growth has been incredible. The work may be difficult and challenging, and many times it feels like there's too much to do, but it's completely worth it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being together in-person with my coworkers and hanging out. We work extremely hard but the people make everything better.

Great transparency and supportive of fostering good company culture. They work just as hard as everyone else and do the best they can to help the company succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company wants you to be the best version of yourself and tries to support you in getting there. We've seen many people's careers grow and develop at the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We actually like to hang out together even outside of working hours. Many of our coworkers are friends and family as well. We'll take trips to visit each other and create travel/vacation plans together.
