Honesty and transparency. Not once have I felt leadership was just telling us what we wanted to hear. They seem to genuinely believe everything they are saying.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything that happens, good or bad, is looked at in a positive light. To clarify, there is very little dwelling on past mistakes. Instead, this company always looks forward.
