Company is on a good trajectory, but cultural issues have not improved much in my time here. There is a lack of accountability and ownership. We lack a strong strategic vision from execs that lasts beyond a few all hand meetings. We try to build too much and fail to deliver on quality. Lack focus

Not too sure on this.
What makes you most happy at work?
Some of the people I enjoy working with but during covid it is hard.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work long hours, for middle of the road salary. We're all here because of the stock price but there's no certainty in that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People get along at a personal level. Everyone is nice for the most part, there are no brilliant jerks. Definitely people are overworked though and it shows in the quality of conversation.
