They have tried to meet the industry standards and the package is a compelling one, and that's not even including the ESOPs and additional perks/gifts.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Super- talented and approachable, Less red tape and more ideajamming and super appreciative of efforts put in. Essentially, the culture that we adhere to as a group is what makes the tech team awesome to work with
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at 6sense is super transparent. I can appreciate that, having come from organizations where information hoarding was celebrated. Moreover, the leadership team, including the co-founders, are very approachable, encourage creativity and are inclusive of any change management. Go 6sense.
What makes you most happy at work?
1. Learning new things every day 2. Working with a team that wants to put their best creative foot forward. 3. We solve problems and not create more problems mindset 4. Approachability. I felt everyone was approachable even our co-founders.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
1. As someone who joined in recently, I was apprehensive of the learning curve. However the onboarding was so smooth and so well charted, i could get up and running in one months time. That shows how approachable the whole team is and the warmth shown towards a new joinee.
