What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Slow down to move fast. We're building a lot of MVPs - and fully fleshing them out. Listen to your teams. Like REALLY listen.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The product team is very top down and siloed. They don't really treat engineering as partners. They are never held responsible for delays on their end - always ends up being engineering that works late nights and weekends to cover for their mistakes and delays.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

It's a terrible environment. Some senior leaders in product have no respect for female engineers. They can be disrespectful, rude and boss like. Even when they are not your boss. It's not okay. They talk to titles - and the message does not matter. Which is also not okay.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Acknowledgement and appreciation. This exec team keeps appreciating the same OGs year after year. Allow people lower in the hierarchy to speak and be heard. Stop rewarding the same 5-6 employees every single time. Every year, at workiversaries - we hear the SAME exec speak - give others a chance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm paid at the same level as someone two levels below me - because I've been here longer - and my pay was never adjusted to market. Yes - RSUs are great - but they are paper money. And I do need actual cash to exercise those RSUs. Please review comp fairly and more often.
