They literally provide everything to you as an employee. The best part was the COVID support fund they provided for each of us.

1) There is no pressure from top management on me regarding my work, deadlines, or anything. 2) My Manager/Management is always open to my concerns.

The best part is they want YOU to be the face/part of the culture. They are more concerned about us rather than forcing a negative atmosphere on us.
