To put it in two words, acceptance and growth. The culture at 6sense is one that accepts you for who are without judgement while empowering you to grow.
What makes you most happy at work?
The satisfying feeling i get when I put in the work, especially if it's something difficult or new, and am able to realize tangible results that have a measurable impact on the company as a whole.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The members of my team constantly check in with me as I do with them to see how we can help support each other or to just say hi. Coworkers are more like friends who you work with at 6sense.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They obviously care. From reminding me to take time off when its been awhile to constantly searching for ways to help me and the rest of the team grow within our roles and the company as a whole. The leadership team at 6sense is best in class in my opinion.
