Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For a remote first company, I'm not sure why we are using geography to determine pay scales.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It seems like leadership cares about taking care of people. In addition to a generous PTO policy, we also have more company holidays than anywhere I've worked before.
