The experience so far has been wonderful. I do not have too much direction from my immediate supervisor and feel this could be improved as I want to ensure that I am meeting their expectations and right now I am only guessing. I have tried to set up meetings with them but they are too busy.

I really enjoy the team that I am working with. This is a breath of fresh air to have such positive and wonderful people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to do things right and not be rushed/forced to finish by an unreasonable timeframe. This really helps to do quality work and it shows across the company.
