It's fairly new but very positive. The role is well defined, the pay is great, and the work is very interesting. I feel that the more I learn, the more I will improve, and the more impact my work will have.

The overall positivity and support of my colleagues and manager.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone on the team, including managers and directors, seems to really care about my well-being and pushes me to build career skills. Mental health is considered and supported. There is a positivity that is infectious.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the pay is competitive and I am part of a larger, supportive team. At my previous company, I would've gotten less pay and been asked to do 5x the work, leading to low quality.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is large and supportive. I feel like I can turn to a lot of different people for help and I can collaborate with many of them if I'm stuck on an idea or need feedback. Additionally, the roles are pretty well defined, so I don't have to look to far to find the right expert.
