They live our company values - fun, accountability, mindfulness, integrity, love, "yes and". They are accessible, transparent and genuine. They host a biweekly "all hands" where we can ask them anything.

We have great benefits for a company our size, incredible actually. The company put processes in place to make sure everyone is paid equitably and fairly. I love everything about my compensation package.
