We really are a team and a family. Always looking out for each other and willing to help.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing is going wrong. I like my job but it's not what I want to do for the rest of my life.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact that I've only been there 6 months and I automatically have 19 days paid vacation this year. I'm also already up for a raise.
