The transparency in sharing what is going on with the business.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are amazing here. It just shows they want to reinvest in us as we continue to work hard for them. I don't feel over worked or constantly stressed here. Its a positive atmosphere

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid market value for the hard work I have put in over the last year and continue to do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People truly care for their position and show it. They always reach out for anyone needing help with work or on a personal level offering resources for personal growth
Great group of people who really care about the company and each other
Everyone wants everyone else to win and feel good about what they are doing. They are highly collaborative and are always willing to help on anything.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is welcoming and that lasts throughout your entire tenure hear. Its a genuine partnership in my eyes and i'll continue to back them on that
The people, we have fun with what we do.
The environment is set up with collaboration, transparency and success in mind. Everyone is willing to help anyone else with anything. Everyone is included and we have a very diverse company.

What did you like most about the interview process?
They really want to know if you are interested in what the company has to offer. They look for what the person can bring to the table to elevate the company and ensuring if you do right by them, the benefits you get are second to none
Getting to me people across all functions that I would work with on a daily basis.
Extremely open and transparent. I knew what was going on and what was next. The recruiting team did an amazing time staying connected and upbeat throughout the process.

Meaningful projects to improve customer experience
My job, I love what I do - working with internal and external customers brings me joy.
Having the opportunity to interact with everyone else in the company. It's such a positive environment!
