Mary Ellen P. Genovese — CFO & Secretary at 8x8

Ms. Mary Ellen P. Genovese has been the Chief Financial Officer of 8x8 Inc since November 1, 2014 and also serves as its Secretary. Ms. Genovese served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at 8x8 Inc. since July 1, 2014 until October 31, 2014. Ms. Genovese is responsible for overseeing 8x8's human resources function, including the development and implementation of the 8x8's global employee programs, recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits plans and helping to shape the company's corporate culture. She has over 25 years of strong leadership and management experience focused on business results with a strong commitment to employees. She served as Chief Financial Officer of Savi Technology, Inc. from 2004 to 2006. She served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Assistant Secretary of Trimble Navigation Ltd. and was responsible for the overall financial activities of Trimble's Component Technologies business from September 2000 to August 13, 2004. She served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller of Trimble's Component Technologies business from 1997 to September 2000, From 1994 to 1997, as Business Unit Controller for Software and Component Technologies and Tracking and Communications. She joined Trimble's Component Technologies business as Controller of manufacturing operations in December 1992. Prior to joining Trimble's Component Technologies business, she served as Chief Financial Officer for Minton Co., a distributing company to the commercial building market, from 1991 to 1992. Prior to 1991, she worked for 10 years with General Signal Corp. in several management positions. Ms. Genovese received her CPA license from the State of Connecticut and received her B.S. in accounting from Fairfield University in Connecticut in 1981.
