For the amount of work we do every day it deserves so much more than what they pay. and we should be appreciated for quality of work. Not just quantity when the job isnt done right

Stop the drama and immaturity. Stop talking so bad about each other behind their backs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being proud of the job I've done because I know I took the time to do it the right way instead of rushing and cutting corners
