  • 8 out of 10. The team was much smaller so finding answers was a bit tricky due to everyone being fairly busy. The engineering team has grown three-fold since I started so now it is much more efficient.

  • I had a responsive and fast (in my opinion) interviewing process. My interviewing process took around 3 weeks between first email contact and offer. There was a bit of a gap in the process due to a national holiday which was understandable. Everyone involved was very friendly and focused on assessing good mutual fit.

  • They love him. He keeps us informed and always wants to hear what we have to say.

  • The CEO is very open with his employees and keeps us informed on all aspects of the company. He could improve by getting to know the remote techs a little better. I have only met him once and not talked since then.
