What's the vibe like in the Engineering dept at Envoy? How many hours are you working?
It is relaxed but there is always work to be done. I tend to work 40 - 50 hours a week.
The vibe is mellow and not stressful. I work around 8 hours a day
What's the Engineering team like at Envoy?
Everyone is knowledgable in their respective trades but we definitely understand that there are learning curves to everything and promote learning new technologies and moving between the different engineering teams to find the best fit.
The team is great, a lot of knowledgable engineers that are willing to both ask and answer questions.

never had any since I joined
What's the work from home policy like at Envoy?
A lot of our staff is distributed ( remote ). Even some of our execs are offsite. Envoy takes pride in having an ecosystem that is conducive for remote workers.
What's the internship program like at Envoy?
I don't believe we currently have an internship program.

Provide examples of how you ran a previous team. Why did you win/lose deals in your previous roles? Is there ever a deal that you would walk away from? Why?

Family first is a policy here. Getting the work done is more important than adhering to a strict schedule.
