They are great at communicating, and genuinely seem to care about their staff. They have been super helpful with onboarding. There is no lack of information here.
I have not met with the leadership team,but my guess is their planning to present something for people to except quickly.

Recognizing when there is a problem with a specific manager and addressing it rather than churning through good staff. I know one manager that has had 4 new hires.lwave in under 6 months due to bullying behavior. They just continue to allow the cycle to occur.

The hiring pitch at ZHL is completely broken and dishonest. The recruiters tout the success of ultra-compensated loan officers, only to find out AFTER you get hired they are being spoon fed preferred business from Zillows Realtor network, The reality is only a tiny % are given this opportunity

They present a commission compensation package that seems fair until you're in the job for awhile and start to understand all the management loopholes that explain why you don't receive the commissions you thought you were entitled to

Trust to complete work remotely when it works best for the employee, majority of team members are available to jump on an urgent item when needed.
Listen to employees that continually report toxic managers. Don't tell employees they make it up in their head.
