Pay well to deal with the BS. 6% 401k matchbamd decent medical. Holidays off.
Heads in the sand. Make up numbers to meet executive bonuses. No transparency in numbers due to antiquated and inaccurate BI tools.
Less red tape, less meetings, lets micromanagement feom top executive leadership. Set goals, set expectations, hold managers accountable. Dont invent a multitude of manuel tracking processes to track data that should be handled by BI.
