What are some of the best things about your team?A lot of tenure. Good or bad.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Pay well to deal with the BS. 6% 401k matchbamd decent medical. Holidays off.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Less hoops. Recruiting actually working woth leaders to hire.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Less red tape, less meetings, lets micromanagement feom top executive leadership. Set goals, set expectations, hold managers accountable. Dont invent a multitude of manuel tracking processes to track data that should be handled by BI.
