AAA The Auto Club Group Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Pay is good compared to other remote jobs

The 401K Match and annual incentive bonus.

Insurance and 401k is great!

They pay well all things considered. The insurance is quite high though.

The insurance benefits are really good. There is potential to make a lot of extra money if you are meeting your goals.

Good insurance and decent oay

Full beefits after 30 days. Affordable compared to other companies

The pay and benefits are good. The problems occur in the culture due to horrible leadership.

Benifits not sure of anything

Insurance, people stay for the insurance

We have our choice of healthcare plan which best suits our needs.

Its great coverage no matter what I need.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The insurance has a high deductible. Rigidity in requesting any time off. Poor communication.

For such a large company and a large number of employees, the benefits could have been much better, including the health coverage.

The company/management sets unrealistic expections for its employees and takes no accountability for anything...particularly for any of their behaviors that directly affects our performance and mentalh health.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Over worked and under paid.

The base pay is $25,000 per year for a sales agent. Worse than at Walmart

Honest management would be a good start. No everyone supports believes of Trump but all management work just like he did. Lie until people start believing you is the way to get ahead in this company

Review from Customer Support Dept

There is no support unless you hav been here 5 or more years and workd with each other in person first.

Increase in pay and better benefits for families , PA Better pay would decrease the turnover concerning hiring employees, offering benefits to part timer would be beneficial

Those in lower management like myself are not given equal accomodations. For example, a dispatcher at the call center receives 160 hrs/year PTO, but a dispatcher at a branch performing the same duties receives only 40 hrs/year PTO. Basically those in the field are not given due consideration.

Listen to employees with an open mind and be open to change. Our processes and systems are very outdated yet we are expected to compete with companies who have embraced change and open dialogue.
