Pay is good compared to other remote jobs

Insurance and 401k is great!
They pay well all things considered. The insurance is quite high though.
The insurance benefits are really good. There is potential to make a lot of extra money if you are meeting your goals.

Several managers attempt to make it bearable.
It's at home work environment
Probably the ability to work from home and the pay rate. Very competitive pay and benefits.
I think our manager is top notch.

They were responsive to questions.
